Residential Renovation
Flip Our Home will invest the cost of repairs to sell your home at the highest price possible. Our team will complete a walkthrough of your property and provide a formal proposal which includes a line item of all costs associated with the rehabilitation. As the owner, this gives you the opportunity to control costs of the project. Once a final agreement is executed by owner and Flip Our Home, work will begin.
During the process, Flip Our Home will cover all expenses and maintain financial records. Project schedule and weekly updates will be provided throughout the process to keep you up-to-date. Once the project is deemed complete, staging and property photos will be scheduled. Our listing agents will begin marketing your property and activate it for sale. At close of escrow, Flip Our Home will send an invoice to the title company for the renovation costs. The title company will then send a check to Flip Our Home from the profit on the sale of the property.
